Effect of CY on LPS induced activation of MAPK pathway in NP cells. (A) NP cells were pretreated with various concentrations of CY for 2 h, then treated with or without 1 µg/ml LPS for 30 min. The expression of MAPKs pathway proteins was measured by western blotting. (B) Positive immunoreactive bands were densitometrically quantified and the results were expressed as the ratio of P-ERK to ERK, P-JNK to JNK and P-P38 to P38.
