Specificity of V1V2 binding to α4β7 was determined by the decrease in relative luminescence in the presence of the α4β7-specific HP2/1 mAb (dark blue bars). Data are shown as mean +/− SEM and are representative of at least three independent assays and three different preparations of proteins, done in triplicate.
