Effects of IL-32α on lipid accumulation in ox-LDL-stimulated THP-1 macrophages. THP-1 macrophages were pretreated with different concentrations of IL-32α (20, 50, 100 ng/ml) for 6 h, followed by incubation with ox-LDL for 72 h.
