Overexpression of H19 was positively associated with EZH2/β-catenin up-regulation and promoted TSCC EMT. (A) The expression levels of β-catenin, E-cadherin, and vimentin were measured by immunohistochemistry in TSCC tissues with and without metastasis, and in adjacent normal tongue tissue. The carcinoma with metastasis had a higher expression of β-catenin and vimentin, but lower expression of E-Cadherin than that in the carcinoma without metastasis.
