Cytotoxicity of CLP-4. The cell viability of oral fibroblasts (HEPM) treated with CLP-4 for 24, 48, and 72 h at concentrations of 0 to 256 μg/ml was determined using the CellTiter-Glo luminescent cell viability assay. Doxorubicin (10 μM) was included as a positive control.
