Activity of pure MNP compounds against dormant and replicating Mtb-Lux validated by CFU. Dormant (white bars) and replicating (black bars) Mtb-Lux were treated for 5 days with compounds 2 (A), 3 (B), 4 (C), and 5 (D), after which samples were taken for plating on 7H10 agar medium. Colonies were counted after a 3-week incubation. UNT day 0, untreated culture inoculum; UNT day 5, untreated culture plated after 5 days of incubation under the same conditions as treated cultures. One-way ANOVA was used to compare data points.
