The effect of L. pubiflora extract on GABA_A-receptor binding assay. Alkaloid extract of L pubiflora was added from 10⁻⁷ to 10⁻⁴ mg/mL in presence of 2 nM [³H]Flunitrazepam. The estimated IC₅₀ was 2.365 × 10⁻⁵g/L. The saturation curve is shown in the insert, which was achieved incubating several concentrations of [³H] Flunitrazepam in presence of 1.25 × 10⁻⁵ g/L of L. pubiflora alkaloid extract.
