LPA activates EGFR through Gi and G13 subsequently induces Ras/Rho/ROCK activation, leading to lineage‐specific proteolytic enzyme expression. Resveratrol and gefitinib inhibit LPA‐ and EGF‐induced EGFR activation, proteolytic enzyme secretion and ovarian cancer cell progression.
