VM in human samples. Human TNBC samples showed the formation of tumor vascular lacunae lined by two different populations: one comprised large neoplastic cells with a pseudo‐endothelial elongated morphology and atypical nuclei (yellow arrows) and the other elongated regular endothelial cells (blue arrows). Double‐immunofluorescent microscopy analysis of the CD34 endothelial marker and AE1/AE3 pan‐CK epithelial marker highlighted the expression of CD34 in CK+ neoplastic cells forming vascular structures in TNBCs.
