(C) Cells were either mock irradiated (−) or irradiated with 3Gy (+) 2 h before the indicated proteins were assessed in the chromatin‐bound fractions using the Subcellular Protein Fractionation Kit (Thermo Scientific). H2B and SP1 were used as markers of the chromatin and nuclear fractions.
