Alcohol-induced impairments in spatial learning in alcohol dependent CCL2-tg mice. (A ) Alcohol dependent CCL2-tg and non-tg mice showed similar numbers of arm entries compared to their respective controls in the Y-maze test. (B,C) Alcohol dependent CCL2-tg mice showed fewer spontaneous alternations (B) and percent spontaneous alternations (C) than their control CCL2-tg mice, an effect not observed in the alcohol dependent non-tg mice.
