Integration of miRNA and miRNA* strands into Ago1 and Ago2. Heat maps illustrate the relative abundance of miR and miR* in the individual Ago1-IP and Ago2-IP libraries (grayscale). The ratio of normalized representation in the libraries indicates the relative loading of each miR or miR* strand with Ago1 (green) or Ago2 (red).
