FTI-277 treatment reversed burn-induced activation of the HIF-1α pathway in skeletal muscle. Burn injury significantly increased HIF-1α and PKM2 protein expression in mouse skeletal muscle at 3 days post-burn. FTI-277 treatment reversed burn-induced increased HIF-1α and PKM2 expression (A–C).
