Inhibitory effect of GSK-J4 on LPS-induced BV-2 microglial cells. BV-2 microglial cells were treated with different concentrations of GSK-J4 for 4-h, followed by treatment with LPS (10 ng/ml). Inflammatory genes were significantly down-regulated in cells treated with GSK-J4 compared to untreated cells (*P < 0.01 and **P < 0.001) at the indicated times. Gene expression was normalized to GAPDH transcript levels. The data represent three independent biological experiments. The values are the mean ± SD of triplicate wells.
