Relative expression levels of 32 genes on Chr17 in brains of Ts43H mice. Genes are arranged according to their position on Chr17 with the centromere on the left. The expression level 100 corresponds to the values obtained in control euploid littermates. The expression levels of 20 triplicated genes (gray columns) were variable with 1.2-fold change compared to euploid littermates. The average expression of 12 disomic genes was 0.9-fold down-regulated with regard to euploid controls.
