17β‐Estradiol inhibits the nerve‐evoked contractions of human detrusor smooth muscle (DSM)‐isolated strips. The data were normalized to contraction amplitude at the stimulation frequency of 50 Hz (prior to 17β‐estradiol addition) taken as 100% and were presented as percentages (%).
