Fig. 2 — Dissolution profiles of felodipine and tadalafil in FaSSIF using suspensions (dark blue circles), powder (light blue squares) and discs (black triangles). The dissolution profiles from the disc measurements are slow because of the small surface area from the disc (0.071 cm²). The suspensions with milled particles have a more rapid dissolution. For clarity, the average data is presented for each ~20–30 min time point.
