(A) LN-LECs were cultured in complete medium and then stimulated for 12 h with 10, 100, and 500 ng/ml of GST, p24, or p17. (B) LN-LECs were serum starved for 16 h with EBM containing 0.5% FBS and then stimulated as described above in complete medium. Values reported for tube formation are the means ± SDs of three independent experiments with similar results.
