Gamma-toxin induces shedding of EGFR ligands in HVECs. Cells were incubated with HlgAB (50 µg/mL) or HlgCB (100 µg/mL) at a 1:1 molar ratio for 6 h and processed for shedding of EGFR ligands by ELISA.
