Effect of saline or ghrelin (GHRL) given intraperitoneally at a dose of 12.5, 25 or 50 µg/kg and cerulein-induced pancreatitis (CIP) on pancreatic blood flow in sensory nerves-intact rats (SN) or rats with capsaicin deactivation of sensory nerves (CDSN). a p < 0.05 compared to the control group with intact sensory nerves and without induction of CIP; b p < 0.05 compared to sensory nerves-intact rats pretreated with GHRL at a dose of 50 µg/kg without induction of CIP. Mean ± SEM from values obtained from 10–15 rats in each experimental group.
