In addition, their potential interactors MDM2 and c-MYC were analyzed, respectively. α-Tubulin was used as a loading control c-MYC was detected on the same membrane as MDM2 after stripping. α-Tubulin was used as a loading control once for this blot and is shown beneath each of the proteins of interest.
