Treatment of airway epithelium cells by alternariol (AOH), RO-3306, and lipopolysaccharide (LPS). BEAS-2B cells seeded at a density of 5 × 105 cells/well were treated with 10 μM of AOH or 10 μM of RO-3306 in the presence and absence of 10 μg of LPS and incubated for 24h. Supernatants were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). An * indicates p < 0.05 according to Student’s t-test for AOH/LPS and RO/LPS treatments compared to the LPS treatment alone.
