Dose-dependent response of mouse macrophages (RAW264.7) after treatment with alternariol (AOH) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Cells were treated with 50–10μM of AOH in the presence and absence of 50 ng of LPS to measure the IL6 levels released by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cell densities were 5 × 10⁵ cells/well, and they were incubated for 24 h under normal conditions at 37 °C, 5% CO₂ after treatment. An * indicates p < 0.05 according to Student’s t-test when comparing LPS + AOH treatments to LPS-induced control.
