Figure 2

Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction results show the expression of Iba-1 mRNA in cultured rat dorsal spinal cord microglia cells.

Notes: (A) Microglia cells were treated with ADPβs (1, 10 μM) for 3 h. *P<0.05, **P<0.01 vs control; (B) ADPβs-induced increased expression of Iba-1 mRNA was significantly inhibited after pretreatment with MRS2395 (1, 10 and 50 μM) for 20 min. **P<0.01 vs control; +P<0.05 and ++P<0.01 vs ADPβs. (C) ADPβs-induced increased expression of Iba-1 mRNA was significantly inhibited after pretreatment with MRS2211 (1, 10 and 50 μM) for 20 min. **P<0.01 vs control; +P<0.05 and ++P<0.01 vs ADPβs. (D) ADPβs-induced increased expression of Iba-1 mRNA was significantly inhibited after co-incubation with MRS2395 (10 μM) and MRS2211 (10 μM). **P<0.01 vs control; +P<0.05 and ++P<0.01 vs ADPβs. All data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation of at least 3 independent experiments.
