(C) Various amounts of FLAG-vinexinα or FLAG-CAPΔSH3 overexpressing lysates from HEK293T cells were premixed before the addition of glutathione-agarose beads or GST-flotillin for 1 h at 4°C. The samples were then washed, resuspended in Laemmli sample buffer, and subjected to SDS/PAGE followed by immunoblotting with an anti-FLAG antibody.
