The value listed for each interacting protein is the number of publications found via a Pubmed search (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed) of the gene symbol for that protein and the term “β-catenin” or “Ctnnb1”. The lengths of the edges connecting the protein to β-catenin correspond to the reciprocal of the number of publications.
