Effect of pre-treatment with resolvin D2 and protectin and lipoxin A4 (LXA4) on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced cytotoxicity to RIN5F cells in vitro [these data are taken from Ref. (137)]. (A,B) RIN5F cells were pretreated with 1, 5, 10, and 50 ng/ml of resolvin D2 and protectin, respectively to study its modulatory action on STZ (21 mM)-induced cytotoxic action. (C) RIN5F cells were pretreated with 1, 5, 10, and 50 ng/ml of LXA4 to study its modulatory action on STZ (21 mM) induced cytotoxic action.
