Confocal fluorescence scanning of AcCATPO and AcCATPOΔ with N-terminal GFP tag (GFP-Gene). Each GFP construct and peroxisomal RFP marker were co-transformed to tobacco (Nicotiana benthamiana) leaf epidermal cells by agro-infiltration, and 2 or 3 days after infiltration, the cells were subjected to Carl Zeiss 710 confocal laser scanning microscopy for fluorescence detection.
