Median fluorescence intensity (MFI) was determined by flow cytometry to evaluate the cellular uptake in lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549) of micelleplexes loaded via BR (batch reactor) and MF (microfluidic mixing) at an N/P ratio of 6 with 50 pmol Alexa Fluor-488 labelled siRNA.
