Intracellular delivery of TYE™-563 fluorescently labelled siRNA was evaluated via confocal scanning laser microscopy following 24 h transfection of micelleplexes. Immunostaining was performed on cell samples in order to investigate colocalization of siRNA within the following subcellular locations: (A) late endosomes (RAB7), (B) lysosome (LAMP-1), (C) caveolae (CAV-1) or (D) trans-Golgi (WGA).
