CALY-002 inhibits IL-15-mediated cell proliferation. The effect of CALY-002 on the proliferation and survival of M-07e and Kit 225 cells induced by recombinant soluble human or monkey IL-15, or human IL-15 immobilized onto recombinant human IL-15Rα-Fc, was measured as described in Materials and Methods. The half-maximum inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) of CALY-002 in each assay was determined and results are expressed as mean IC₅₀ ± SD for at least 3 experiments for each condition tested.
