TFH cells were pre-stimulated with forskolin before inducing DA release and B cells were pre-stimulated with 10 μM DA to increase ICOSL surface levels before incubation with TFH cells. Bar represent median of DA level in TFH cells (n=3) and each triangle represent allogeneic B cells from a single donor paired with its control (square, n=11). *p ≤ 0.05; paired t-test.
