Peaks selected for comparison across sites are marked with an asterisk. PAC between beta and HFO frequencies is shown in the third row where warmer colours indicate stronger coupling. The corresponding panels in the fourth row indicate for which frequency combinations PAC was found to be significant (in black) after applying a Bonferroni correction. In this example, largest beta power, HFO power, and PAC were all found at the same recording site.
