Effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on apoptosis-related protein expression in TNF-α-treated HUVECs. HUVECs were exposed to TNF-α for 24 h after incubation with ginsenoside Rb1 (20 μg/mL) for 8 h. (A) The levels of Bcl-2/Bax, Bcl-xl/Bad, cleaved caspase-9 and cleaved caspase-3 were determined by western blot. (B) Quantitative analysis of Bcl-2/Bax expression ratio and Bcl-xl and Bad expression levels. (C) Quantitative analysis of cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9, and Cyt-c expression.
