Expression analysis of transcriptional repressor proteins in the neonatal skeletal muscles. (a) Sox6, Sp3, and Purβ protein levels were assessed by Western blotting in the GPS muscle from Vgll2 ^+/+ and Vgll2 ^−/− mice at P7. β-Actin was used as a loading control.
