Tg and non-Tg rats were immunized i.p. with 100 μg of KLH with complete Freund's adjuvant. Four weeks later, sera was collected, and end-point anti-KLH Ab titers were determined by ELISA. The results are expressed as mean ± SE (logarithm 10) of end-point titers.

Immunized rats were challenged with 50 μg of KLH intracutaneously, and the size of the induration was measured 24 h later. Results are expressed as mean ± SE of diameter of induration (mm).
