SP, signal peptide; rLamC, a mature protein with a deletion in the signal peptide; rLamC-ΔN, a truncated protein with a deletion in the N-terminal fascin-like domain; rLamC-ΔC, a truncated derivative with a deletion of the C-terminal GH16 catalytic module. Every derivative protein has a Trx tag and a His₆ tag fused to the N terminus. The ruler on the top represents the amino acid residue numbering.
