Results represent the mean ± SD of data from multiple embryos as indicated. Replicate cultures were stimulated with EPO alone, or SCF, IL-3, and EPO, and incubated for 2–3 days for CFU-E and 7 days for CFC in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO₂/air at 37°C.
