BRD32048 activity on neuroblastoma cell lines. Neuroblastoma cell lines were seeded in 96-well plates and after overnight incubation, cells were treated with 2-fold serial dilutions of BRD32048. Real-time cell growth analysis after BRD32048 treatment using Incucyte Zoom live cell imaging system. Growth of neuroblastoma cell lines was not affected even at highest concentrations tested.
