NDRG1 was knocked down by an siRNA in MDA-MB-231 cells and cells were treated with 10 μM SGKi. A scrambled siRNA (siScr) was used as a negative control. (A) Cell lysates were analysed by Western blot. Wound healing was tested in MDA-MB-231 cells with or without the SGK inhibitor. (B) Photos were taken under a light microscope and (C) quantified with ImageJ. (D) Invasion assay was performed on MDA-MB-231 cells with/without SGK inhibitor.
