Beef and pork DNA samples of known concentrations were prepared and analyzed by ddPCR. Each detection point data is the average of triplicate samples from three independent experiments. Sample nucleic acid (ng) content and DNA copy number have a linear relationship: R2 = 0.9939 for beef (A) and R2 = 0.9978 for pork (B).
