Irisin immunoreactivity was detected in atrial and ventricular cardiomyocytes of zebrafish (A,B) In skeletal muscle, irisin immunoreactivity (Catalog# ab131390, 1:3000, Abcam, Ramona, Massachusetts) was detected at the myofibril filament within the myotubule (C).
