a Four samples with previously characterized anti-BG-Atri IgM levels of low, medium-low, medium and high values were tested at five different dilutions (1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200 and 1:400). Each result was interpolated to the standard curve, adjusted for dilution, and %CVs were calculated in comparison to all four dilutions or a subset. Two dilutions at 1:50 and 1:100, provided good agreement (after adjusting for dilution factor) across all four samples, with %CV under 6% for all samples.
