All discrete-time survival models adjusted for age, gender, ethnicity, marital status, religion, soldier and parental education level, nativity, service component, site of Basic Combat Training, and person-year. When interim models indicated lack of association of a bullying variable with a suicidal behavior, the bullying variable was excluded from the final model of that outcome (indicated by dashes in corresponding table cells).
