miRs-23 LNA transfection negatively affects Myogenin and MyHC expression and counteracts the downregulation of TrxR1 during C2C12 differentiation. C2C12 were transfected or not (mock) with miRs-23 LNA or a scramble LNA (scr LNA) and analysed at 48 (D2) and 72 hours (D3) from differentiation induction.
