The thickness of the line is proportional to the number of randomised clinical trials that have been included. The lines AL–DHAP and AL–ASAQ are the thickest. AL is the most tested ACT. No study directly compared AL and ASATPG but the estimate was obtained from indirect comparison using AL–ASAQ and ASAQ–ASATPG trials.
