Ground-truth validation of stem diameter data. A subset of 20 genotypes was measured manually, and the corresponding data were correlated with diameter estimated using Phenobot-collected images processed with either DenS-Di or IPaS-Di. The same subset of 20 genotypes was evaluated at two different time points: 63 to 75 d after planting (DAP) and 83 to 87 DAP.
