^aTHP-1 cells were incubated with n-GaAs NPs at 0.043 and 0.173 µ mol/mL (=6.25 and 25 µg/mL) for 24 h. The supernatant was collected for cytokines and proteins analysis by using Proteome Profiler™ Human XL Cytokine Array Kit. Only 18 were detected among 102 cytokines and proteins (Table S1).
