Effects of QSYQ and QYSQ-DO on cardiac function and myocardial infarction size in isolated rat hearts. The hearts underwent 20 min of stabilization, 30 min of ischemia, and 60 min of reperfusion. Drugs were administered before ischemia for 10 min. Cardiac functions were determined by Powerlab data acquisition system. Infarct size was evaluated by TTC staining. (A) Heart rate (HR).
