TK Depletion, let-7a Regulation, and Anti-tumor Effect In Vivo
A total of 1 × 107 RPMI8226-RlucGFP cells were injected subcutaneously into 6-week-old CB.17-SCID mice. Four weeks later, 1 × 106 plaque-forming units of Fluc-expressing viruses (wild-type, ΔTK, and ΔTK let-7a-targeted) were infected intravenously, and the quantity of virus was determined using an in vivo imaging system.
